^{Following on from the success of their Road Running Team Captainship two of the three team leaders will retain their duties i.e. Nicola Kennedy Alias TC – Top Cats & Andy Render – Render’s Racers and Ernie Bryden will have the honour of being the third team leader which he shall name in due course - 3 people of equal age grade ability will be selected and names put into a hat and each team captain will pick from the hat. The next 3 people of equal age grade ability will be selected and the same method applied and so on. Any Guests or Non Paid up Members will have their points allocated to the team at that time which have the least points. The scoring will be as follows:-}

^{Each competitor that finishes receives 2 points}

^{Competitors  age grade result will determine how many extra points they receive i.e. if they score}

^{75% and over = 10 points}

^{72.50% to 74.99% = 9 points}

^{70% to 72.49% = 8 points}

^{67.50% to 69.99% = 6 points}

^{65% to 67.49% = 5 points}

^{62.50% to 64.99% = 4 points}

^{60% to 62.49% = 3 points}

^{57.50% to 59.99% = 2 points}

^{up to 57.49% = 1 point}

^{Please note at most of the events your own watch is required no time no points for your team!}
